The leadership here at FFM know their purpose for the Lord - to shepherd God's sheep. Both Apostle LeRoy and Pastor Essie McConico are anointed and appointed to teach, train and uplift God's people so they are equipped for Kingdom work. Apostle and Pastor Essie have three beautiful children, Rodney, Kimberley and Courtney. Kimberley and Courtney are local and work in the ministry with their parents. The first family are dedicated to ensuring their gifts and talents are used for God's glory. APOSTLE LEROY MCCONICO, JR.
Senior Pastor
Apostle McConico furthered his education by earning Doctorate degrees in Pastoral Theology and Christian Counseling. Along with his Christian education, his background is in the criminal justice system, earning his degree from the State of Kansas.
Apostle McConico is a faith teacher and a faith walker and has a prophetic and healing anointing upon his life. Furthermore, in 2003, out of obedience to God, Apostle McConico established Exceeding Abundance International World Ministries (E.A.I.W.M.), a ministry that provides spiritual support and encouragement to Pastors, leadership and the congregation through biblical teaching and training.
Apostle McConico has been called by God to establish churches and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ nationally and internationally. He’s faithful in teaching the Word of God and compelling saints to walk uprightly before God.
PASTOR ESSIE MCCONICO
Pastor Essie McConico, and her husband, Apostle LeRoy McConico, Jr., are the pastors of Friendship Faith Ministries in Paola, KS. As the Executive Pastor, she oversees the individual ministries. She also supports the international pastors that are under their leadership and leads the mission ministry that provides food, education and shelter for the international children.
Pastor Essie completed her Doctorate Degree in Pastoral Theology in 2002 and opened a bible college at Friendship Faith Ministries (an annex of Faith Bible College) where she is the Dean.
Pastor Essie teaches the Word of God with wisdom and clarity that can be applied to one’s everyday living. She is nurturing and speaks life into hurting, broken and disappointed women nationally and internationally. She maintains a consistent spirit of excellence in all that she does, because of her love for the Lord
PASTOR KIM MCCONICO
Youth Pastor, Musician, Dancer, Writer, Singles Ministry, Hospitality, TV Ministry Leader, Bookkeeper and Executive Assistant
Pastor Kim McConico, a published author of Wait…He’s Coming, a Christian book focusing on waiting on God to bring his promise of a mate to past, started working in the ministry in 1996 as a youth pastor. With Pastor Kim and her youth team creating individual programs to utilize the youth's talents and gifts and teaching them the Word of God in fun, unique ways, the ministry grew from just a few to over 60 kids in less than 9 months and continued increasing where the church needed a king size bus and two vans to transport the youth from home to church.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations, and she now serves as the TV Ministry Leader, Singles Ministry Leader, and Hospitality Ministry Leader. In addition, she works as the Executive Assistant to the Pastors, Bookkeeper, musician, and Dance Ministry Leader.
Apostle LeRoy instilled entrepreneurship in his children, so she owns two Jazzercise centers where she is a certified fitness professional and personal trainer, and she also operates a food truck, traveling locally for both private and public events.
In 2004, she furthered her education by earning a PhD, consisting in Christian Counseling and Pastoral Theology. Since her early 20s, Dr. Kim has been ministering the Word of God at seminars, conferences, and church services, nationwide, preaching the Word with passion and boldness. Her desire is to serve God wholeheartedly, to live a Godly life by example and to spread the Gospel to all ages.
MINISTER COURTNEY STEPHENS
Minister, Sound Ministry Leader, Musician
Minister Courtney Stephens is over the sound ministry leader and is a musician on the praise and worship team. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a private Christian school in Kansas. Along with her parents and older sister, she is also an entrepreneur and opened a retail clothing store called Glamour Girl Essentials. She later purchased and designed a clothing truck, the first to do so in KS, and travels locally to private and public events. She also has a shirt and cap design company and does photography. She was ordained as a minister in June 2026 and is active in ministry helping her parents.
Apostle and Pastor Essie also have a son, Rodney, who blessed them with three beautiful grandchildren.
