Our pastors know their mission - leading, training, teaching, and praying for God's people. They have the heart of God and are anointed by God
"Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out of blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it."
"But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him." (1 Cor 8:6)
The Holy Bible

Apostle McConico grew up in Kansas in a Christian home under his father, who was also a pastor. He was called to the position of a pastor in 1982 with his wife, Pastor Essie McConico. He furthered his spiritual education by earning a doctorate degree in Pastoral Theology and Christian Counseling.
Giving is a part of our worship to God. It also shows obedience because we are commanded to give our tithes and offering to God's house according to Malachi 3:10 AMP (Bring all the tithes (the tenth) into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you [so great] a blessing until there is no more room to receive it.")
Whether you're paying your tithes and offering, planting a seed, or giving to missions or our youth ministry, as Luke 6:38 says, God will press it down, shake it together and will run over what we gave him. This shows we cannot outgive God. The more we give him through worship and obedience, the more he will give back to us. Thank you for giving to this ministry and blessings to you.
